i got the letter from J. While I am not able to stick with the meditation practice regime, she made it to go a second time and even meditated in a crop circle. Gee, I feel like visiting the crop circle too.... J said it was amazing to sit right in the middle by following "incredibly high vibrations"!!
meditation can really make our lives different, i know. and I should practice and stick with great determination before long....
