Be careful that your creativity does not go off the rails. Creative ‘clowns’ are critical of their working environment, and try to lead the thought process in new directions, even after a decision has been taken. They jump from one thing to another and sometimes want change purely for the sake of it. They often do the opposite of what actually should be done.
Tip: Don’t get carried away by your own enthusiasm and don’t force your wild ideas too much on other people.
